AFAP-DN50 clamp valve is an upgraded product carefully developed on the basis of the AFP series, targeting the high-end market and special application requirements. It not only maintains the interchangeability of installation dimensions with the AFP-1-DN50 and AFP-2-DN50 models but also has significant improvements in material and design.
- Aluminum alloy valve body: Made of lightweight and high-strength aviation aluminum material, ensuring the durability and stability of the valve body while reducing the overall weight.
- High-strength plastic end caps: Made of high-strength, high-temperature resistant, and highly corrosion-resistant engineering plastics, the overall structure strength in conjunction with the aluminum alloy valve body is close to that of metal components.
- High-temperature resistance: The valve body has a long-term temperature resistance of 200°C without changing its mechanical properties, and can withstand the working temperature range of different specifications of inner lining sleeves; inner lining sleeves can be selected with different temperature resistance specifications to meet the different needs of customers, divided according to the temperature resistance range -40~60℃, -40~80℃, -40~120℃, -40~180℃.
- Optimized valve structure: The valve structure has been carefully designed and upgraded to improve the overall mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance, ensuring reliability under various working conditions, and is more suitable for the installation of electric trace heating components and heat transfer performance.
