The technical problems that beset the shut-off performance of large air direct pressure pinch valve have made an important breakthrough in LV Machine. According to the traditional manufacturing process, the large direct pressure air pinch valve with diameter greater than DN300 needs to increase the driving pressure to more than 0.3MPa to close to zero leakage state, and such a large pressure will force the sleeve of the pinch valve to be in an extremely stretched state, leading to extremely high requirements for the performance of the sleeve and the structural safety of the pinch valve. So that the pinch valve was in the application of the lack of security. Therefore, some domestic and foreign manufacturers and engineering contractors develop their own cut-off standards by making the leakage to be less than a certain value defined as cut-off. But such standards could not make the project users satisfied. They still hope to achieve completely zero leakage under the premise of ensuring safety, reliability, service life.
In order to solve the contradiction between customer demand and manufacturing technology, our company has carried out a lot of research and development work. The repeated experiments and engineering application of the different specifications verified that the DN300 or larger direct air pressure pinch valve achieved zero leakage under the driving pressure of 0.05-0.1MPa, therefore brought pinch valve huge improvement in safety, reliability, service life. This technology has been widely applied in AP and AFG series products.
